The Goods Yard is open-air and fully seated.  We will be running this event in line with current Government guidance for outdoor events.  When you arrive our Front of House team will guide you to your seats or table.

DO I NEED TICKETS?

You’ll need a valid ticket to gain entry to Folkestone Funny Fest.  Tickets can only be purchased online or via us directly in advance.  Our ticket scanners can read the barcodes of tickets stored on your phone as well as physical tickets.  Tickets will not be sold on the door. 

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? 

Our shows carry an age limit of 16+, under 18’s accompanied by an adult. You may be refused entry if our staff think you are under 16, so please bring ID. This age policy applies to babes-in-arms too. We do not offer refunds to ticket-holders who are denied entry.

HOW DO I ORDER FOOD AND DRINK?

You can order in person or preferably, you can order from your table.  You’ll find a small plaque with a QR code and table number.  Use this QR code to go to a website where you can browse all the menus, place your order and pay. The whole system is simple and app free.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

No. There is a wide variety of food and drink available from our amazing vendors who offer something for everyone.

WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER?

The event is outdoors, please check the weather forecast before you arrive and dress accordingly.  The shows will go ahead in bad weather, however in the unlikely event that a show is cancelled due to severe weather, a refund of the face value ticket price will be processed within 14 days of the event date. 

ARE TOILET FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

Yes. Onsite facilities are available.

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the site is fully accessible. There is a dedicated disabled toilet with ramp access. To discuss any special requirements for your visit, please contact us directly.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

The Harbour Arm has two large car parks onsite. Charges apply.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Yes! Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. Please bring your own dog bowl and clean up any waste.
